In 1968 Fred, his father, and his son started Fred Tillman Contractors, Inc. with nothing more than hard work and one dump truck. They added one piece of equipment at a time and side by side, with his son Fred Jr. they created an amazing team. As they grew, they felt necessary to control quality by purchasing the quarry to handle speed of production and quality control of the product. To have control of timeline for jobsites they started a trucking division to move material. In 2016 the fourth generation Tillman, Dylan, joined the team.
